Transportation planning, traffic safety, airport planning and desing, policy management, and working in City Scale was always main goal in all steps of the life. I was always called a motivated and innovative person in the field of Transportation Engineering and Traffic Safety. Working as a traffic safety specialist for two years was the best time to face with most of the challenges encountered in traffic safety. After it, planning and designing the roads, safety plans, tourism plans were the main job that I have done in past few years in Europe and the middle east. Managing a scientific journal (Journal of Geotechnical and Transportation Engineering) as well as writing books are some of the other activities I have done in this regard. I currently work as a CEO for a company that I am proud of it. This experience has given me the confidence and skills to make good judgments related to the cost of projects, as well as a comprehensive understanding of overall budgetary implications pertaining to project planning, project design process, project management, safety concerns and safety courses (OSHA), finance and all in all the management skills that a CEO needs to run a successfull company. In addition to project-based work in the field, I also currently manage the scientific Journal of Geotechnical and Transportation Engineering, and I have published a number of books related to transportation planning and traffic safety. Previous experience outside of the United States included several years working as Head Director for an international consulting firm, during which time I directed and managed teams for many successful projects.
I consider myself to be a highly motivated and innovative individual in my field, and others have often concurred with that self-assessment. My team-oriented attitude, in combination with graduate-level education and extensive work in the field, have allowed me the opportunity and privilege to develop and implement optimal concepts and visions for numerous multimillion-dollar projects across the world. I have encountered many challenges while working as a designer, manager or planner on an international level, but these challenges were always opportunities for growth in applying relevant problem-solving skills to find the most appropriate solutions.
